Anyone who reads this:
Today I tried to find an audio of Fr. Seraphim's ORF chapter about the charismatic movement. I want this for a potential catechumen who is unable to read... All of the YouTube copies on the internet have background music.
I can hardly believe that Orthodox people would do this! Are we going to listen to a reading? Or are we going to listen to music? (In church, does the choir softly chant in the background while the Epistle is read?)
I need to make a collection of audio book readings that do not have background music. Please send me worthy readings that you find, or, maybe, could you record a reading of your own and send it to me?
I am not interested in audio sermons from a priest (I KNOW they do not have background music) no matter how revered is the priest. I seek only readings from Fr. Seraphim's books, or maybe readings from writings that were recommended by Fr. Seraphim, such as Abp. Averky and Fr; Michael Pomazansky.
Thank you,
Joanna

NOT THIS ONE

This is the least noticable background music I have found so far. I still seek an audio reading with no background music whatsoever.
